Kassák Residence is the first condominium complex with shared community benefits, located in close vicinity to Budapest downtown. An about 9,000 m2 private park belongs to the condominium complex, that is built in three phases.
The shared community facilities such as electric community car, well-equipped shed, onsite delivery point and dedicated housekeeping service ensure a superior level of comfort, besides the optimal layout, high-tech standards and outstanding energy efficiency.
Design concept
The design planning of Kassák Residence was born as result of strong cooperation between two leading and prominent Hungarian architect studios. The concept designs were created by Vikár and Lukács Architect Studio, while the plans for the first buildings were designed by Aspectus Architect.

The combination of the differentiated masses of buildings and the elevated, first-floor internal garden resulted in bright and cosy apartments and spaces that allowed the preservation of privacy while providing the opportunity to participate in community life.”
