A complimentary base plan (Smart Home) will be provided in all of the apartments to allow the features you will need to be configured, and an extended package (Smart+) is optional for you to be free to pick and choose whichever of its elements you want.
Smart Home
As early as the design phase, all the latest state-of-the-art solutions are considered, so our residential properties are prepared for providing Smart Home services. The base plan includes the most important Smart services:
Hub
The hub serves as the basis of the smart system. It connects all of the devices you wish to control with the smart system. The hub receives your instructions, which it maps to the respective devices and performs them.
Heating control
Thermostats on the radiators continuously monitor room temperatures, learn each room’s features, and thus maintain the rooms’ desired temperatures with the utmost energy efficiency. In addition, you have the option to control your home’s temperature from anywhere and at any time, while zone control allows different temperatures to be set for the various rooms.
Smart socket
The base plan includes one smart socket in every home, which can be switched on and off easily from anywhere, thereby cutting the amount of power needlessly consumed. What this means is that you will no longer need to fret about whether or not you have unplugged your iron or hair-curler: You can simply switch the socket off remotely. The smart socket allows the connected device’s consumption to be measured, as well as managed and logged.
Smart+
