Buyers looking for an apartment tend to focus on the purchase price when comparing property costs, but now the impact of various payment schedules is worth a closer look. If you pay the registration fee in 2024, you can get an apartment in Park West 3 at current prices, and you can invest your money and earn returns before paying the first instalment next May (20%) and the second instalment of the purchase price at the handover. This means you can use the returns you make in 2025 to pay the instalments of the purchase price.

The seller and the buyer agree that the registration fee paid will be applied to the purchase price of the apartment as set out in the preliminary agreement for the transfer of ownership of the Property/Properties if a preliminary agreement is signed by the parties. The registration fee paid in 2024 is counted towards the 20% of the purchase price to be paid under the preliminary agreement.
** The payment structure illustrated applies to financing with a home purchase loan. In the case of financing from own resources, the final instalment of HUF 100,000 will be paid after the Seller's notification of the registration of the Condominium.
