Kassák Residence
LIVING's first residential park, in a lively, developing, quiet environment, in Klapka Street, District XIII. Kassák Residence is the first condominium complex with shared community benefits with 231 apartments, completed in 2020. The apartments are all sold.
Metropolitan Garden
The Metropolitan Garden is located in Országbíró Street, in a pleasant, green environment, overlooking Béke Square in the XIII district. The building has 107 apartments with spacious terraces. The residential development was completed in 2021.
Park West
Our Park West Project is a new residential development located in the heart of the 13th district on Szabolcs street. During the first project section we have built 229 sunny apartments with typically 40-50 sqm floor space, all of them equipped with a balcony. The smart functions which can be found in our houses are making the days of the inhabitants easier, while the other infrastructural innovations are pulling the whole neighborhood forward.
The first phase of Park West was completed in January 2022, all the apartments are sold.
Kassák Passage
The second phase of the Kassák Project, the 263-apartment Kassák Passage, is located near the office corridor in Váci Street, between Klapka Street and Apály Street. The environmentally friendly and energy efficient residential development have an energy efficiency rating of AA. Kassák Project will close with the delivery of its third phase, Kassák Terrace, in 2025.
Kassák Passage was completed in September 2022, all the apartments are sold.
